Guidelines to receive Financial Assistance and/or Scholarships from
the George Rogers Foundation of the Carolinas, Inc.
- Students:
- Must be a resident of the Carolinas and/or a first generation college student.
- Students must provide documents for college admission and registration.
- Must be a high school senior applied to a post-secondary institution as a full-time or part-time student or in college and have a minimum 2.5 cumulative GPA or better.
- Students must show academic promise through letter(s) of recommendation.
- Non Profit Organizations
- Must provide proof that organization is a nonprofit 501 (c) 3.
- All participants should have an annual operational budget of less than $100,000.00.
- All organizations must provide organizational chart, mission statement and goals/objectives.
- Provide youth development activities and/or academic enrichment workshops/training, and mentoring services.
- Serve at promise youth and young adults and/or provide family outreach services.
